Security Public Storage (SPS) is a family-owned and operated self-storage company with 50 self-storage facilities located in California, Oregon, Nevada, Maryland & Virginia.
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Foreman to assist with facility and maintenance needs for our North Bay locations, Tuesday through Saturday.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified applicants should have ALL of the following competencies and skillsets:
- Landscaping
- Irrigation
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Concrete/asphalt
- Framing
- Metalwork
- Facility Maintenance
- Must have a valid Driver's License, own Vehicle, and Insurance.
- Must be willing to drive to facilities around the san Francisco Bay Area (5 days a week)
***Must own dependable vehicle with insurance & California driver's license***
