Job Summary

Seeking a highly ambitious, career oriented professional to work assisting in the operating and selling of units at our busy self-storage facility in Salinas, CA.

Benefits and Perks

• $18.50 / hr.
• $10.00 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00 -$2.00 per hour – bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $19.50 and $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversight of all day-to-day operations
• Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
• Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines
• Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
• Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text and email contact
• Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways and disposing of debris

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service, retail sales, marketing, general office and telephone skills
• Good organizational skills
• General office functions and experiences required
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
