Job Description: Security Officer Needed - Floater

Location: Dallas, TX, 75075

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team as a Floater. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. The Security Officer will be required to patrol the premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and respond to any security breaches or emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms, and respond to any security breaches or emergencies.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and policies of the company and the property.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Security Officer License.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
