We are seeking a Part Time Baler Operator to assist in our North Platte Warehouse. This is an extremely part-time role, requiring approximately 5 hours per week on a flexible schedule. The baler operator will also load a semi-truck once a month at a predetermined time (to be coordinated in advance). If you are mechanically inclined, have the ability to work independently and like paying attention to the details this position might be for you.
Responsibilities :
Operate baler safely and efficiently.
Safely operate a forklift.
Occasionally load bales onto a semi-truck (schedule can be flexible).
Perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on the baler as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements :
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation.
Previous warehouse, industrial, or equipment operation experience required.
Forklift experience required.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Mature candidate with a solid work history and strong references.
