Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of branch office, including client relations, new job start/ups, transitions of new accounts, and employee relations.
- Ensuring the client relations are maintained within the company standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues.
- Coach, develop, and guide the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs.
- Take lead role in ensuring the profitability, maintaining the responsibility and control of all financial impacts to the branch and company.
- Assist the RVP in planning on both a short-term and long-term basis, for future operational growth and expansion.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by RVP
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of related experience with managerial responsibilities in the security industry
- Valid state driver's license, clean driving record
- Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and WinTeam software
- Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement preferred.
- Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry a plus.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers (if required by the client).
