High School Diploma or GED
The role of an EOC Operator is to monitor Communication, CCTV, Fire, and Access Control equipment for locations throughout the United States and parts of Canada. The EOC Operator is also expected to coordinate between onsite personnel, third-party vendors, and security leadership to address any issues or deficiencies that may arise. The EOC Operator is expected to answer phone calls, emails, and work on any special projects in a timely and professional manner for the duration of their shift.
Skills Needed for This Position:
- Customer service skills and basic computer skills
- Being able to give clear and concise directions.
- Being able to handle and defuse confrontation in a professional manner.
- Expeirence in security or dispatch is a PLUS!
- Experienced with Microsoft Office 360, specifically excel, is a plus

High School Diploma or GED
Requirements:
Experience in security is a plus but not required.
Ensures and enforces all laws, rules, and policies within his/her scope of authority.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work.
Must provide a High Level of Customer Service
Must possess basic computer knowledge
Must be neat in appearance and grooming.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Must have reliable transportation and phone.
Must be able to obtain a Security Guard License for TN ( $167.15)

Pay: $20.07 per hour
