Qualifications:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on various security tasks, including:
- Working a truck gate
- Inspecting bags
- Visitor and vehicle access control
- Data entry using onsite technology
- Incident and report writing
- Communication skills
- Time management
- Enforcing rules and regulations
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Being observant and vigilant
- Develop and update training materials and programs to ensure they meet current standards and client requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires during the training period.
- Provide feedback and support to new hires to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to ensure training programs align with operational needs and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.

- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Attention to detail and ability to enforce rules and regulations effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology for data entry and report writing.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in training or security management is a plus.
