Job Description : We are seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to join our team. The main responsibility of this position is to stay in the guard shack located at the front gate.
You will be responsible for :
- Checking in and out vendors, visitors, and other individuals.
- Maintaining a log of visitors and vendors.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Key Points :
- Location : Guard shack at the front gate.
- No Patrols : All duties will be carried out from the guard shack.
- One Entry and Exit Point : Focused security at the front gate only.
Qualifications :
- Experience : No prior experience required. However, experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) security is a plus.
- Skills : Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attributes : Reliable, vigilant, and courteous.

Requirements :
Ensures and enforces all laws, rules, and policies within his / her scope of authority.
