Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
- Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations as they arise.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment and techniques is essential.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass background check, have a clean criminal history, valid driver's license, and clean driving history.
- Preferred security experience
