Immediate Position
We seek a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our client patrolling a client location. - Must be a current TX- DPS Guard Cardholder
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Preferred: Military and/or Law Enforcement Experience
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and other security breaches.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Experience:
- - Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role- Knowledge of security operations and procedures- Ability to handle conflicts and diffuse potentially dangerous situations- Strong attention to detail and observation skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Basic computer skills for report-writing purposes
- Skills:- Conflict management: Ability to handle conflicts calmly and effectively
- Law enforcement: Experience in law enforcement or related field is beneficial
- CPR: Certification in CPR is preferred but not required
