As a Banking Professional with Security State Bank and Trust, you will serve as a multi-purpose role that encompasses the responsibilities of a Teller, Account Specialist, and Loan Support. This position is designed to deliver exceptional customer experiences to current and potential customers.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a general knowledge of all bank products and services, possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include emulating SSB&T Core Values and performing various tasks such as accepting and processing deposits and loan payments, cashing checks and savings withdrawals, processing change orders for commercial customers, recording and processing night drop and mail deposits, and providing customer support for stop payments, outgoing collections, address changes, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Banking experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Ability to handle large amounts of currency with speed and accuracy
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to obtain a Notary Public Commission
- Must be able to multi-task
- Understanding of various types of deposit accounts and related regulations
- Understanding of various types of loan products and related regulations
