Commission-Based Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through effective communication, and maintaining a well-organized Company environment. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the overall goals of the retail team. This position is payed only by commision not hourly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve Company sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos.
