Overview
Security USA, Inc, is a growing security company in the U.S. Our security personnel works days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and upscale retail in NJ and NY. Security USA employs the best candidates in the field that make the difference for our clients. We currently have immediate openings for a gated community in Bayside, Queens for the following shifts:
Saturday-Sunday 7am-3pm and Monday 3pm-11pm;
Friday and Saturday 10pm-6am
Responsibilities
As a leading security officer in a residential community, you will provide security and customer services for the community and share the following responsibilties:
- Greeting incoming and outgoing tenants
- Handling gatehouse operations and managing the arm gate
- Answering incoming calls and calling residents when necessary
- Monitoring CCTV of the building and its surroundings
- Ensuring proper access control guidelines are followed by guests and vendors
- Providing incident reports and other reports to building management and Security USA
- Securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary
- Patrolling the client premises on foot and using patrol vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid NY State Security Guard License
- Valid NY Driver License
- Must be able to climb stairs
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and abilty to write reports
- Great customer service attitude
- Must be able to handle computer and smart-phone operations

Must have a DL shift available: Wednesday - Thursday 11pm-7am Friday and Saturday 10pm-6am Saturday and Sunday 1500-2300
