Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents, including any actions taken during emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve issues or investigate incidents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
