Position Summary :
As the Security Site Supervisor , you will oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. This is a key leadership role where you’ll manage personnel, resolve site issues, and act as a liaison between our clients and the SecurTec management team.
Supervisors are provided a company suit and tie to reflect the high-end environment and maintain a polished, professional appearance.
Responsibilities :
Personnel Management :
Supervise a team of security guards to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
- Participate in hiring processes, including conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new hires.
Scheduling & Operations :
Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Site Oversight :
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Administrative Duties :
Prepare detailed incident and activity reports for internal and client use.
Leadership & Performance :
Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action to ensure guard performance aligns with company expectations.

Requirements
Requirements : Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Tech Proficiency : High competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
