Pay starts at $20 per hour, plus earn the shift premium $2.00/hr. Rotating schedule working 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am. No mandatory OT! Must train on 1st shift.
Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.

Specific Duties:
- Operate extrusion equipment to create plastic sheets
- Set up machine with proper materials based on recipe
- Verify parameters meet customer specifications; adjust if necessary
- Monitor machine to observe color, light and gauges to detect malfunctions
- Perform quality checks regularly
- Assist Thermoforming department as needed
- Assist with tooling prep and change overs
Qualifications/ Physical Demands
- Prior experience in extrusion preferred; must have experience in plastics machine operating
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
- Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
