Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, showcasing knowledge of the culinary offerings.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each guest's visit.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels of food or supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
