Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This position also involves a significant amount of advertising sales against a set goal. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and proficiency in various computer systems. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Outbound advertising sales calls.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Process sales transactions and manage cash handling accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
  • Experience with sales techniques is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective data entry skills.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent client services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.75 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
