ECommerce Marketing Manager

Overview

Sedano's Corporate - Hialeah (18610 NW 87th Ave #300, Hialeah Fl 33015) - Shift: Full-Time (Morning) - The Ecommerce Manager will drive the growth and success of our online brand and consumer journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our ecommerce platform, developing strategies to increase traffic and sales, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our website and our partnered channels. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and creative skills to execute effective digital marketing, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Ecommerce Strategy & Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience, smooth order fulfillment, and high conversion rates.Website Optimization: Work with developers and designers to enhance the website’s performance, functionality, and user experience (UX/UI).

Product & Inventory Management: Manage online product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions while coordinating inventory and fulfillment teams.

Digital Marketing & SEO: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends using tools like Google Analytics and ecommerce dashboards. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Customer Experience & Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce cart abandonment, and improve retention rates.

Marketplace Management: If applicable, oversee sales on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Uber, DoorDash and others.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service, and IT) and external vendors to achieve ecommerce goals.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree.• 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in [industry, e.g., retail, fashion,electronics].PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, orBigCommerce.• Experience with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).• Understanding of UI/UX best practices for ecommerce.• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and develop actionable strategies.• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of dataCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish preferred• Ability to understand and follow instructions in both English and Spanish preferred• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and small groupsituations with directors, managers, customers (both internal and external) and the general public• Excellent interpersonal skills• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with a high standard of integrity and reliability• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; resolve workplaceconflicts• Proficient ability to use a computer to accomplish essential duties of this position• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness• Ability to work any schedule or shift in order to complete assignments or reach goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:• Sit for long periods of time• Use fingers and hands to type, handle, or feel• Use repetitive motion with hands and arms• Reach with hands and arms• Talk and hear• Close vision and peripheral visionIt is understood that this job description is an outline and basic description of expected duties andresponsibilities and is not intended to be an employment contract, nor guarantee of employment, nor interfereswith my “employment-at-will.” Sedano’s Supermarkets reserves the right to make necessary revisions to thisjob description at any time.
