Job Title : Home Care Coordinator
Work Status : Exempt, Full Time
Work Hours : Tuesday-Saturday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM. After hours on-call required on a rotation basis.
Rate of Pay : $46,000-49,000 annually plus bonus incentive

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Home Care Coordinator . This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations of our home care service, Sedgebrook at Home.

Physical Requirements :
Must be able to move throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Good visual and hearing acuity required; good verbal communication skills required. Must be able to speak English. May be exposed to communicable diseases, and blood and body fluids that may contain HIV and / or HBV. May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and offensive odors.
