Title : Housekeeper
Job Status : Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Work Hours : 7:15AM - 3:15PM or 8:15AM - 4:15PM
Rate of Pay : $16 - 18, depending on experience

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeper to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping duties throughout the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Housekeeper:
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
- Cleanliness of all public areas, offices and residential building corridors, as well as model room and guest suites.
- Assist with resident activities setups and breakdowns and any residents request.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate with residents and staff members.
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
