Nursing Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Sedgewood Commons, you will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition, and reporting changes in condition. You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
You must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
