Completes scanning process of juvenile offender and CINC case files for long term record retention.
Prepare case files for scanning
- Uses spreadsheet to identify original files that are to be permanently retained
- Secures retained original files for long term retention
- Removes case files from shelving and moves to scanning workstation
- Removes documents from case file folder
- Removes and retains exhibits
- Removes staples and binder clips
- Shreds documents identified for destruction
Scan files and upload to appropriate location
Complete quality control checks of electronic files
Minimum Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent. Two years’ experience in varied clerical and secretarial work or any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications : Two years’ experience in the criminal justice system.
