As a Program Performance Manager, you will work remotely in your home office, and through the application of a unique mix of experience and certification, you will lead the execution of employee training as an integral aspect of the quality management of Sedgwick Government Solutions (SGS) services. The TPA Trainer's responsibilities will include developing training materials, planning and coordinating live, remote, and web-based training offerings, as well as facilitating new hire orientation and continuing education.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of a specific location. Responsibilities
- Support the NPN business by ensuring adherence to Program requirements as defined in the Performance Word Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), or contract award documents.
- Work closely with the leaders of TPA operations to effectively understand and address training needs in the areas of medical bill review, call center, and document management.
- Develop program-specific NPN training, SOPs, and work instructions, including delivering program training on telephony systems, Zingtree, and Care Conduit.
- Collaborate with Quality Management resources to identify process or performance gaps that require the development and delivery of comprehensive training.
- Collaborate with product owners (Care Conduit, Genesys, Portal) and IT resources in the identification and prioritization of projects with a direct impact on compliance and/or improving program requirements.
- Work closely with the leaders of TPA operations to effectively understand and address training needs in the areas of medical bill review, call center, and utilization review.
- Develop scripts and assist in the production of training material and videos or multimedia products in collaboration with other SGS colleagues, as applicable.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders on training development, tools, and methods to help address training needs.
- Design and develop training content and resources such as:

- - Job Aids
- - Quick Reference Guides
- - Quizzes/Assessments
- - Help Menus
- - Instructor Guides
- - Performance Simulation
- Deliver training with tracking and measurement of outcomes.
- Develops training evaluations to collect data about training effectiveness.
- May perform other duties, as needed, to meet the needs of the business.
- 4 years of experience in education or training & development, and evaluation preferred. Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles.
- Medical bill review or medical bill coding experience
- Familiarity with the federal fee schedule, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Veterans Administration, or any federal fee schedule bill review experience is a plus
- Experience preferred in creating web-based e-learning modules.
- Experience creating and executing learning strategies.
- Experience leading and executing blended learning solutions.
- Good knowledge of adult education theory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products as well as MS Teams
- Ability to create recordings of training within Teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
