SERVER - Aspens Signature Steaks
Duties - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the dining experience - Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Familiarity with Toast/OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus - Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems for order entry and payment processing - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
