Job Title:
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with extensive experience in data migration and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, order to cash order management, and procure to pay payroll. The ideal candidate will lead our high-profile projects, ensuring seamless stakeholder management and the successful delivery of our programs and will focus on developing and implementing data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions and optimal performance.
• Lead the development and implementation of data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Oversee the entire data migration process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP data migration strategy, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data migration activities with overall project goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing data systems and develop comprehensive migration plans.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process by implementing robust validation and testing procedures.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to data migration, providing timely solutions and recommendations.
• Support the finance and accounting teams by ensuring accurate and timely migration of financial data.
• Facilitate the order to cash order management process by ensuring seamless data transitions and system integrations.
• Enhance the procure to pay payroll process by optimizing data migration workflows and improving data accuracy.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data migration best practices and tools.
• Monitor and report on the progress of data migration activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
• Possess extensive experience in data migration, particularly within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Exhibit expertise to cash order management and procure to pay payroll domains.
• Have a proven track record of successfully leading data migration projects in complex, large-scale environments.
