Job Title : Mechanical Assembler
Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $17.00-$20.00 / hr to start DOE
Key Responsibilities :
- Assembly and Integration : Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. This includes installing, aligning, and securing parts and components accurately.
- Quality Control : Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that each product meets the high-quality standards. Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Tool Usage : Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and pneumatic tools, safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including parts used, work completed, and any issues encountered. Report any necessary changes or improvements to supervisors.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, such as engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel, to resolve assembly-related issues and improve processes.
- Safety : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Continuous Improvement : Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and sharing ideas for efficiency gains.
- Training : Stay up-to-date with new assembly techniques, equipment, and technologies through ongoing training and skill development programs.
