Sedona Staffing Services is hiring for a PC Technician for the Killeen, TX area.

Pay Status : $ 21 .00 / hour
Work Hours : M-F 8am-5pm
Essential / Primary Job Duties :
- Responsible for maintaining all PC Systems, peripheral devices, and company infrastructure.
- Responsible for life-cycle management of the desktop and infrastructure ensuring adequate inventories and service levels are maintained.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and execute repairs in a timely fashion.
- Prepare and maintain formal written documentation for user requests, business needs, and technical specifications.
- Provide second-tier support for all hardware and software escalations from the helpdesk.
- Conduct research on computer products and technology trends, evaluate cost-benefit analysis of products, and make purchasing recommendations to management.
- Maintain vendor relationships for troubleshooting purposes serving as a liaison with third-party support and equipment vendors.
- Plan, schedule, and install computer equipment, imaging, upgrades, and replacement projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements :
Requires lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, squatting, sitting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and standing to maintain computers in tight spaces, overhead, and under desks.
