Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Treatment Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient treatment of water to meet regulatory standards, monitoring equipment, and maintaining detailed logs of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment, such as pumps, valves, and filtration systems.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure water quality meets local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adjust chemical feed systems, process controls, and equipment settings to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Maintain accurate records of water treatment operations, including flow rates, chemical levels, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
