Sedulous is currently hiring for a Logistics Analyst to join our team in Quantico, VA. The Logistics Analyst will support our Marine Corps customer by ensuring audit compliance, managing KSDs, and coordinating logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pull GCSS-MC D6A SAC 2 reports for new acquisitions or transfer-ins.
• Locate and review KSDs for audit compliance, identifying those requiring additional research.
• Update the Historical Research log for OM&S and address any discrepancies.
• Compliance and Documentation :
• Validate and update KSDs in the repository and maintain accurate records.
• Contact Program Offices to resolve KSD issues and update logs as needed.
• Monthly and Quarterly Tasks :
• Prepare monthly OM&S Roll Forward audit reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct quarterly audits of Program Office policies and internal controls, ensuring compliance for specified transactions.
• Process Improvement :
• Assist in updating audit processes, procedures, and job aids.
• Participate in working groups as a subject matter expert and update SOPs and training materials.
