Are you a nature lover, or a gardener who likes to get their hands dirty? Join our team! We're looking for a dedicated Landscape General Laborer to work with our dynamic crew in maintaining and creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Position: Landscape General LAborer
Location: On-the-job; starting point each day at our premises on Delsea Drive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $17 , commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
- Support the team in installing plants, sod, and other landscape features.
- Perform site clean-up and other physical tasks as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld at all times
- Manage equipment and supplies, ensuring the team is fully prepared for daily tasks
- Communicate with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered
- Maintain crew morale and motivation while working efficiently
Requirements:
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and advance; the right candidate can be trained
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment, materials, and maintenance techniques preferred
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical settings
