See Em Play, Inc. in Dallas, TX is looking for one PARTY HOST to join our team. We are located in East Dallas in a major shopping center (Casa Linda). Our ideal candidate is comfortable working around children and their parents, has a great cheerful attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
What We Do
We provide indoor soft play and imaginative play for kids ages 10 months through 8 years old. In addition, we host birthday parties small and large. Parents love our facility because we invest heavily in staff to keep the place as clean and spotless as possible.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining facility cleanliness standards. This is the most important responsibility for all staff members
- Check-in kids and parents for open play
- Running children’s parties with enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Facilitate activities such as arts/crafts, games, story time
- Dress up in costumes or theme-specific clothing. In particular, this position may require dress up as a movie princess in a dress
- Assist with operation of café
- Support party preparation by decorating, arranging party room, and organizing supplies
Qualifications
- Comfortable working around children
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Texas Food Handler Certificate by first week of employment (we supply training course)
- Ability to work without supervision and stay on task
- Must be able to comfortably navigate through children's soft-play structure, which includes climbing, crawling, and low ceilings
- Must be able to properly lift and carry 45lbs (1 package of 40 16.9oz water bottles)
- Reliable transportation to work
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not necessary
Conduct
- Ensures attendance in accordance with the work schedule
- Acts in line with Health, Safety & Fire procedures and best practices
- Adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures
- Adheres & follows Standard Operation Procedure as set by See Em Play, Inc.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
