- Prescribe corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses, based on individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient history, examination results, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices, including the importance of regular eye exams.
- Stay updated on advancements in optometry practices and technologies.
- Assist in optical sales by recommending suitable eyewear options based on patient preferences.
