Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer with 5-7 years or Architect level professional experience to join our dynamic, fast paced, team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering outstanding architectural designs and a mastery of Revit. You will play a key role in leading projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, engineers, and internal teams to bring visionary designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine architectural designs from schematic design to construction documents.
- Lead project coordination and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Produce high-quality, detailed models and drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and sustainability considerations.
- Present designs to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence in design and technical proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit (expert-level skills required).
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and technical expertise.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
