Seed provides high-quality technical assistance to our partners, building the professional health workforce to ensure a pipeline of well-equipped leaders who can strengthen health systems locally, nationally and regionally. To date, Seed’s work has strengthened the skills and knowledge of more than 47,000 pre-service and in-service professional health workers globally in public health facilities serving more than 76 million people across the African continent.
Scope of Work
Seed Global Health is currently seeking a short-term, part-time technical writer and editor to support Seed’s partnerships team, roughly April 1, 2025 – October 1, 2025 (~6 months).
Responsibilities of this short-term contract include :
- Conceptualizing, writing, editing, and light designing of concept notes, proposals, grant reports, research memos, and event concepts for a wide range of philanthropic partners, in support of Seed’s partnerships team
- Conducting donor research as needed, including crafting internal memos for leadership review and assessment of fit and viability
Qualifications for this role include :
Estimated LOE is 10-20 hours per week, depending on project availability.
