Position Summary:

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering careful and prompt coffee service, ensuring each customer enjoys an unforgettable experience.
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, contributing to a vibrant and enjoyable coffee environment.
• Communicate seamlessly with customers and management to ensure a cohesive and enhanced coffee experience for all.
• Thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, skillfully navigating changes to deliver outstanding coffee experiences consistently.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
• Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Proficiency Standards:

• Stand and/or walk: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, maintaining energy and focus throughout shifts.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling: Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring efficient handling of supplies and equipment.
• Vision: Peripheral vision and near and far visual acuity are essential.
• Communication: Effective speaking skills to convey coffee orders and instructions clearly and accurately to customers and associates.
• Hearing: Ability to hear and respond to inquiries and instructions effectively in a busy cafe environment.
• Dexterity: Proficient in both gross and fine manipulation for handling coffee equipment, preparing beverages, and serving customers.
• Flexibility and Mobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move around as needed.
