Position Summary As our Demo Manager, you will lead our demo team in creating engaging and informative product demonstrations that showcase the quality and uniqueness of our offerings. Your role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and reflecting the values of Seed to Table. Key responsibilities include : Leading and empowering the demo team to deliver exceptional product demonstrations and customer interactions. Setting a positive tone and ensuring a welcoming, tidy demonstration area. Managing scheduling, workflows, and resources for optimal performance. Handling customer concerns with tact and ensuring swift resolution. Implementing and enforcing safe practices and food handling protocols. Providing feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement in demonstration quality. Assisting associates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or food-related environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 years or older. Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a valuable asset. Non-slip shoes are mandatory for safety (company does not provide). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Physical Requirements Stand and / or walk : Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Lifting, pushing, and pulling : Capable of regularly lifting, pulling, and pushing objects up to 50 pounds. Vision : Peripheral vision and near and far visual acuity are essential. Communication : Effective speaking skills to convey instructions clearly and accurately. Hearing : Ability to hear and respond effectively in a busy environment. Allergen Tolerance : Ability to work with a variety of products without negative allergic reactions. Dexterity : Proficient in both gross and fine manipulation for handling products and equipment. Environmental Tolerance : Able to work in hot, humid, and cold environments. Flexibility and Mobility : Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move around as needed.
