Duties
- Provide individualized coaching to clients, focusing on personal development and skill enhancement.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring accessibility for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Educate clients on employment labor laws and workforce development opportunities.
- Mentor clients through various challenges.
- Conduct interviews to assess client needs and progress, adapting coaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with community resources and organizations to support client goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports for evaluation purposes.
Skills
- Strong understanding of workforce development principles.
- Knowledge of employment labor law as it pertains to individuals with disabilities.
- Experience working with people on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities.
