Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Total Property Maintenance (TPM) Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on quality control, project management, client communication, and training. The TPM Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including mulch installation, trimming, and other enhancement services, while ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control on TPM Accounts:
- Oversee and maintain the quality of services provided to all TPM accounts, ensuring that all tasks meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure quality control procedures are consistently followed.
- Scheduling of TPM Projects:
- Manage and schedule TPM projects, including tasks such as mulch installation, trimming, and other landscaping enhancement services. Coordinate with the team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the allocated timeframe.
- Manage TPM Projects:
- Take full responsibility for the successful execution of TPM projects, from planning to completion. This includes overseeing team performance, ensuring materials are available, managing budgets, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Training with TPM and Enhancement Crews:
- Conduct regular training sessions with TPM and enhancement crews to ensure that all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry practices and company protocols. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage skill development within the team.
- Assist in Managing Enhancement Projects:
- Collaborate with the enhancement project management team to support the successful execution of various landscape enhancements, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining project timelines.
- Client Communication and Schedule Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TPM clients. Communicate project schedules, updates, and any changes effectively, ensuring clients are well-informed and satisfied with the progress and completion of their projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape management or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, crews, and management.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in scheduling software or project management tools.
