Key Responsibilities :
Design floral arrangements following established recipes as well as create custom, designer’s choice arrangements within budget parameters and available product.
Create arrangements for a range of occasions, including funeral pieces and events.
Assist walk-in customers with selecting and customizing floral designs tailored to their needs, keeping both budget and design considerations in mind.
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, answering questions, taking orders, and advising on floral pieces for specific occasions.
Support general shop operations, including processing flowers, managing the cooler, caring for plants, and general cleaning as needed.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in floral design.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
