We are seeking a results-oriented, team-focused Accounting Manager to drive our financial operations forward. In this role, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. As the key leader in managing our financial accounts, payroll, budget, invoicing, cash receipts, and financial assets, you will play an essential role in maintaining efficient processes and effective controls.
As Accounting Manager, you will lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This includes :
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Managing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Developing and implementing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and reconciling financial transactions.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Maintaining high-quality financial data, implementing procedures for verification and quality control.
- Staying updated on accounting regulations and ensuring adherence to GAAP and other standards.

Compensation and Benefits :

Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate‘s qualifications, skills, and experience.
