We’re looking for a Head of DSP Sales to join our team in New York and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Deeply understand DSPs’ business objectives, technical and operational requirements. Identifying opportunities to enhance their integration and partnership with our exchange.
- Communicate our programmatic exchange's value proposition through detailed live and virtual presentations, showcasing how our platform enhances DSP performance and scale.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with DSP decision-makers at multiple levels, employing a consultative approach and maintaining regular engagement.
- Proactively identify and pursue integration opportunities with DSPs, ensuring a seamless onboarding process that aligns with their goals and drives mutual success.
- Develop and propose customised integration and monetisation solutions that leverage the unique strengths of our platform while meeting DSP needs.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and a well-managed pipeline, ensuring CRM hygiene to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure DSP integrations are successful, efficient, and scaling.
- Identify areas for process improvement in DSP integrations and propose scalable, automated solutions to enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Support internal teams by sharing insights into DSP trends, case studies, and best practices to drive product and partnership enhancements.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven Sales Leadership: Strong experience in onboarding new DSP partners and leading a team to meet sales quotas.
- Team Management: Ability to manage and mentor a team of DSP Account Directors to drive performance and achieve goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through DSP relationships.
- Effective Relationship Building: Skill in building and maintaining strong, consultative relationships with DSP decision-makers.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Ability to maintain accurate forecasting and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Experience working closely with Account Management and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful integrations.
- Results-oriented: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
