Performance Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Parts Room Manager is to organize, count, and maintain basic stock inventory of fence parts and pull job lot quantities ordered by the Seegars Fence branches.
- The Parts Room Manager is required to work with Cherry Picker and Forklifts. You must be certified and proficient in operating these lifts safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for unloading all incoming loads and for verifying the condition, quality, and quantity of the materials received, and fill out an incoming freight sheet for each load.
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must maintain a First Aid, CPR, and safety certifications (and others required for equipment operation).
- Demonstrate the Seegars Fence Company Core Values daily.
- Performs many other miscellaneous tasks and duties as directed by the operations and warehouse managers.
- Constantly observe the various processes and seeks improvement in both safety and efficiency.
- Arrive to work on time and dress professionally.
- Every applicant must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen. If hired, updates are required annually.
