Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and control functions, contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors to address any findings or recommendations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure compliance with changes in regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
