POSITION – Assembly Operator I
JOB LOCATION – Chippewa Falls, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediately
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am)
STARTING PAY – $17-20/hr or more (Depends on Experience)

EDUCATION– High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1 year previous work in a manufacturing setting is desired but not required, prefer work in injection molding or other assembly
As an Assembly Operator you will assemble work-in-progress parts into finished products using various methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, and gluing.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, label, mill, route, punch, sand, assemble, and package plastic parts.
- Record production and scrap data on daily sheets, including labels, production tags, and hourly rate logs.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with OSHA standards.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the shift supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- No previous experience is necessary.
- Basic communication skills, both oral and written.
- Basic math skills.
- Take and retain direction well.
- Previous experience in injection molding or manufacturing assemblies is preferred but not required
