A local Plover, WI company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join their team. This role involves providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Position – Clerical Assistant
Job Location – Plover, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift but will move to 2nd shift in summer
Starting Pay – $17.50

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
-utilizing multiple computer systems
-provide excellent customer service
-answering emails and phone calls
-providing administrative support to other departments
Qualifications
-must work well in team-oriented environment and be ready to engage in office activities
-proficient computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)
-navigate websites and new computer software with ease
