POSITION – CNC Operator (2nd shift!)
JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary - 60 days. Could lead to long term but not guaranteed.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift (1pm-11:30pm, Monday-Thursday)
STARTING PAY – $26 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience in CNC
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machines
2. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
3. Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications.
4. Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform basic maintenance.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met in a timely manner.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
-Knowledge of measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
