CNC Machine Operator
As a CNC Operator for our Vertical Machining Center, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.
Position – CNC Machine Operator
Job Location – Menomonee Falls, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $22

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC vertical machining centers
- Load and unload materials and parts from the machine.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced to specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC vertical machining centers
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
