Position – CNC Programmer
Job Location – Brookfield, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (4:30pm – 2:30am)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $36-$40 per hour, G&M coding necessary for higher pay
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 5 years of experience
The CNC Programmer will be responsible for setting up jobs as well as running them. They must have knowledge of programming and must be able to read blueprints. They will also be in charge of training/mentoring operators.
Responsibilities
-Have working knowledge of GD&T tolerancing
-May run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell
-Mentor and train operators
-Ability to set up all repeat jobs
Qualifications
-Must have experience with G&M Coding and CMM programming
-HS Diploma, CNC technical diploma preferred
-5 years in Machining
-Mechanical aptitude and above average math skills
-Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing
