Position: CNC Vertical Mill Machinist

Job Location: Slinger, WI

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Hours (Shift): 1st Shift

Starting Pay: Depends on experience

Required Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience: Minimum three years experience.

CNC Vertical Mill Machinist will setup, operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Load and prepare the machine for production including selecting appropriate tools, fixtures and parameters.

- Accurately program and machine parts.

- Write, modify and test CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient part production.

- Identify and resolve issues with machine operation, tooling or programming.

Qualifications:

- Ability to write and modify CNC programs using G and M codes.

- Ability to understand complex drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances.

 - Minimum three years experience with vertical machining centers, lathes and other CNC machines.
